A highly skilled Lead/Senior Business Analyst (18+ years) with 30+ years of experience on small, medium and large digital products, technology programs and projects. Has a deep understanding of technology having started out as a Computer Operator on IBM and Tandem mainframes (three years), progressing to procedural Analyst Programmer roles on mainframes and object-oriented Analyst Programmer roles with the Microsoft.NET suite of products (total of eight years). In the complex domains of customers/business stakeholders (people), customer experience/journeys (CX/process), and digital products/eCommerce (technology), firmly believes that focusing on customers, business stakeholders, CX and user experience (UX)/user interface (UI) design is key and approaches all engagements with this agile/growth mindset.
